Renshi Lisa Magiera is a 4th degree black belt. She started training in various martial arts when she was 25 years old. Three years later, in 1998, she found her forever dojo and style at Bushido Karate Dojo in Casco, Maine | United States. In 2004, Lisa earned her Shodan rank (first degree black belt) and made Karate her full-time career, teaching 15-20 classes per week, as the head instructor and new owner of BKD. She is the founder of the Bushido Karate Virtual Dojo.
